As the Senior Security Manager at YAX, you will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of our comprehensive security framework to safeguard the integrity and resilience of our cryptocurrency exchange platform.
Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures.
Ensure platform security meets various regulatory standards.
Work with a global team to lead the design and architecture of secure systems.
Oversee security audits, vulnerability assessments, and risk management.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security standards are met.
Manage and mentor a team of security professionals.
Stay updated with the latest security trends and threats in the crypto industry.
Coordinate incident response and recovery efforts.
Report on security metrics to senior management.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in network security, with at least 3+ years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of security architecture and design in a cloud context.
Experience working with global regulatory requirements.
Comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge and keen interest in virtual assets and blockchain technology.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment with minimal supervision.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
