Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Custody Operations Manager to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of YAX. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing various operational functions, including trade settlement, client support, wallet operations, and regulatory compliance.
Monitor daily operational issues and liaise with internal and external parties to resolve issues and ensure smooth exchange operations.
Ensure all settlement instructions are timely, accurately, and efficiently executed.
Anticipate and troubleshoot wallet issues faced by users in a timely manner.
Handle daily settlement transactions properly and efficiently, including performing fiat and cryptocurrency reconciliation, and client deposits & withdrawal requests.
Implement and update policies and SOPs regarding latest regulatory requirements to effectively manage the key risks.
Identify and implement process improvements to reduce operational risk and enhance customer experience.
3-5 years of relevant work experience in Big 4 accounting firms, fund houses, or cryptocurrency exchanges.
Degree holder in Business, Finance, Accounting, or other related disciplines.
Good understanding of financial or cryptocurrency trading business.
Possess strong communication and analytical skills.
