Change Password

You can change your password and set your Google Authenticator on the security center. The most important thing is to enable two-factor authentication for your account. Although SMS can also be used, we recommend using Google Authenticator for two-factor authentication. You will see a QR code and a 16-digit character code, both of which are equivalent and serve as your two-factor authentication key.

Set up 2FA

  • Set up Google Authenticator (GA) Google Authenticator is a dynamic password verification tool. After binding your Google Authenticator, you will need to enter the Google verification code generated on your phone to perform the corresponding operation. Only after the verification is passed can the operation be executed, which can better ensure the security of your account and funds.
    1. Download the Google Authenticator on your phone. iOS users can log in to the App Store and search for “Google Authenticator”. Android users can search for “Google Authenticator” in the app store or in the mobile browser.
    2. Open Google Authenticator, click the “+” icon in the upper right corner, and select “Scan barcode”.
    3. Scan the QR code on the “Bind Authenticator” page or manually enter the key on the page. Your Google Authenticator will generate a 6-digit verification code. Enter this code and the verification code you received from your email into the corresponding input box. You can also choose whether to turn on GA verification during login and withdrawal. Then click “Next” and “Confirm”.
    4. After successfully setting up GA, you will need to enter the GA verification code (6-digit code) every time you log in and withdraw. You can turn off this function in the settings. The verification code changes every 30 seconds, and only the latest verification code is valid.
  • What if I lose my phone and Google Authenticator?
    • We strongly recommend that you save the key or QR code when binding GA. If you lose your phone, you can still bind GA to your new phone using the key or QR code.
    • If you forget to back up the key or QR code, please submit a support ticket to request unbinding. After our support team resolves this issue, you will be able to bind a new GA
