YAX currently only supports depositing cryptocurrencies to your YAX account via on-chain transfers.
Log in to your account and click the “Wallet” button in the navigation bar to enter your wallet page. Under the asset curve, click the “Deposit” button to start the deposit process. You can choose to deposit cryptocurrencies or fiat currency (Coming Soon).
Continue to select “Cryptocurrency” on this page, and you will see a list of supported Crypto Currencies by YAX, as well as the balance of each currency. Click the currency you want to deposit, and you will see your deposit address, blockchain, and corresponding QR code.
You need to transfer the cryptocurrency to this address using your existing cryptocurrency wallet. Please follow the withdrawal instructions of the wallet or exchange you are using. Please double-check the transfer address and corresponding blockchain before transferring to ensure that the address you entered matches the one on the page. If you select the wrong address and blockchain, your assets may be permanently lost.
After you complete the transfer, you can close this window. We will update your asset balance upon receiving the on-chain transfer and send you a confirmation email. On-chain transfers usually take a few minutes, or even longer to complete, and in rare cases, may take several hours. Please be patient.
