YAX currently only supports transferring assets in your account to your other digital currency wallets through on-chain transactions.
To withdraw cryptos from your account, log in to your account and click the “Wallet” button in the navigation bar to enter your wallet page. The “balances” tab on the wallet page will list the types of digital currencies you currently hold, as well as their corresponding balances. Click the “Withdraw” button on the corresponding row to enter the withdrawal interface. You can also select the currency you want to withdraw on the withdrawal page. After you have made your selection, you need to enter the amount you want to withdraw, the withdrawal address, and the corresponding network on this interface. After checking, click the “Withdraw” button on the page to submit your withdrawal request.
The withdrawal page will also display the maximum amount you can withdraw in this currency. Your withdrawal request amount cannot exceed the maximum withdrawal amount shown on the page.
Please confirm your withdrawal address and corresponding network again before submitting the request. Please note that once assets are transferred out, they can not be retrieved. If you enter an incorrect withdrawal address, your assets will be permanently transferred to the wrong wallet address.
When your withdrawal request is completed, you will receive an email notification from YAX. You can also check your withdrawal details in the daily fund report.
